We are especially interested in the contexts of how media convergence, games and media integration technologies allow applications to crossover from one area to another. The media-convergence, games and media-integration include the emergence of technologies and systems from collaboration in Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Graphics Animation, 3D/2D Games, Sound, Touch, and other media such as aroma and taste implications. Applications which crossover from one major area and are applicable to another area are of interest. Special focus is on the technologies which are applicable to one area of disability and has the potential to appeal to larger audience. All collaborative and technological issues related, including social, ethical, privacy, diversity and social inclusion are welcome. Topics may cover: Emergence and Presence in collaborative crossover applications using Virtual Reality, Animation, Visualization, 2D/3D Games, Music, Aroma, Touch Presence, Mobile Wearable Devices, Complex Systems, Social emergence and interaction, media convergence, medial integration applications. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: You are invited to submit original and unpublished research works on above and other topics related to Technologies for the Visually Impaired and the Blind and other areas of disabilities. Submitted papers must not have been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Submission should include a cover page with authors' names, affiliation addresses, fax numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses. Please, indicate clearly the corresponding author and include up to 6 keywords from the above list of topics and an abstract of no more than 400 words. The full manuscript should be at most 8 pages using the two-column IEEE format. Additional pages will be charged additional fee. Short papers (up to 4 pages), poster papers and poster (please refer to http://cts2013.cisedu.info/home/posters for posters submission details) will also be accepted. Please include page numbers on all preliminary submissions to make it easier for reviewers to provide helpful comments. Please submit your papers using the Easy Chair web-page for the conference https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=epcamcgmi2013. Then email the pdf file of the paper to the workshop chairs for workshop-records. Only PDF files will be accepted, uploaded to the web site above. Each paper will receive a minimum of three reviews (double-blind). Papers will be selected based on their originality, relevance, technical clarity and presentation. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted. Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their papers will be registered and presented at the workshop. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference proceedings. Instructions for final manuscript format and requirements will be posted on the CTS 2013 Conference web site. It is our intent to have the proceedings formally published in hard and soft copies and be available at the time of the conference. The proceedings is projected to be included in the IEEE Digital Library and indexed in major indexing services accordingly. If you have any questions about paper submission or the workshop, please contact the workshop organizers.
